*YAWN*... i keep sneezing right now... probably had insufficient rest. I slept at around 2am last night... woke up at 6am and did my prayers. thought of a nap afterwards but somehow... this eyes wouldnt wanna sleep. Well, eyes were closed but was not asleep! My mind kept drifted away. Brangan ler tuh... haha.. somehow what Najib told me yesterday kept me thinking. Haiz.. what's done is undone..couldnt get to sleep till 8am..grr n my alarm started... its time to get up n get ready!! to erm... another training!! its under fir today.

Dragged my feet all the way to school. Changed into attire n saw maria n raudah. wee~ somehow meeting them lightens up my mood. We practised our Regu while waiting for the rest to turn up. Sadly, only 7 of us appeared for today. Where's the rest?! grrr.. nemind... we continued our routine.. n gosh!! guess wat!! my stamina is really really damn decreased!! must be all the food feast i stuffed inside during weekends. I was totally off after much running. Felt that my body really cannot take it anymore. Even felt my stomach pumping. I didnt stop however. I continued the run and all... Its damn exhausting. What saddened me was that... i was at the back of the run.. n I really couldnt catch up.. even the captain shouted at me to buck up. Then he asked raudah n maria to go infront of me so that the gap is filled... haiz..felt emotions arose.. :S Whats happening today! Then he gave us lectures to motivate us... I respect him for that... he really took up the responsibity to get us equipped. I salute u lar Fir! He really wanted us to get the correct mentality.

Then we learnt some techniques. Dropping techniques.. yeah.. Each of us had to carry and drop each of the rest. woahh.. fun lar!! i just like it when Asri dropped me off. I felt like swinging in the air. Well.. he was about almost 20 kg heavier than me.. no wonder.. lets do it again Asri!! khakahaka. N when its my turn... gosh... had to make each of them fall... not that easy.. hmm.. need sumore practices.. Then we had our own partners and had to carry them from one end to the other.. to test our strength i think.. n wohoo!! i managed to carry maria all the way!! n raudah too!! i like~

It was a strenous training today.. up till my wrist... got a bruise.. i nvr remember it being hit or wat.. it somehow grew a hump on its own.. n its purplish green.. eww.. but nice colour!! haha.. aini told me that its due to the vigorous training.. n its a sign telling that my body couldnt stand it.. n this is based on her experienced... my goodness... is it really true?? must ask tch Sumi if i got the chance to meet her. For u guys out there who wish to take up martial arts.. be mentally prepared... its not as easy as it seems.. i used to think its easy though... n now i know its not.

Afterwards i took a short bathe n we all ... not all la, only me, aini, syaikhul, asri and maria...went to tiong baru for lunch.. ate KFC yum yum.. Aini lend me her discount card.. yippee its 10% off!
We shared some stories while eating... what hooked me is the Silat story.. ya ya.. there are lots of u noe... batin thingy.. ilmu sane ilmu sini... my goodness, i will never go into that far laaa. Plz laa.. believe in Allah!! thats what is important.. why ask for strength from all these ghaib thing.. *shrug*.. seemed like Syaikhul had the same opinion as me. We said that we took silat as a sport for sparring... and as for seni.. take that as part of Malay culture... not more than that.

And its time to go home then... all the way.. we shared stories on this silat.Ig of ours.. too many stories.. so much happened.. haiz.. so sad.. why must there be conflicct n stuff.. we are all muslims hello!! why pray 5 times a day when silaturrahim pon tkle jage. Don wanna be involve... better stay out.. yeah.. had fun for today.. listened to Asri bout his gerl... how sweet.. hopefully this one'll last oraite? k best

Went home just to see my eldest sis!! aww... mis u lar... why must ure house be in teban!! grrr.. She was cuddling Misha.. Misha cant even recognise her own mother!! ahaha, just becoz she had a new haircut.. how cute.. No wonder... its their anniversary today!!!
