The last paper I had yesterday was really a BLAST!! Really not like what we had expected. It was terribly tough. All my exams were OK but not my maths paper.
It was nothing like those in past year papers. Totally new. N most of us (i think almost everyone) DON'T know how to do.

I think out of 100, I secured only 30. The other 70, pffft gone!!! i really dunnoe how to do! btol nye panic seh..tkkn markah kesian/formula makes up 70 kn? heh! freak ah paper! Its the first exam that I cant get it over with.

N maths is also the first exam I took without sleeping the night before. My body is still so used to tdo lepas subuh. N I really couldnt make myself sleep dat nite! I was side awake until 6am. N yea i started to feel sleepy b4 exam started.
But after looking at the exam questions, mcm badan terencat plak. heh.

So I am now officially in a holiday period. =D

I want to go out!! I want movies!! I want shopping!! I want outings!!! more more more!! I want my girlllllllllssssssss!!!
I want bilal too. heehee.


People, read up last sat's berita harian. Someone claimed to be from republic polytechnic, Persatuan Persaudaraan Islam Republic polytechnic. hehehehe! sungguh palsu. RP doesnt support any religious activies. N dat is why we dont have any muslims society. N dulu nk set up bilek solat pon mcm2 syarat eh. N now the school took back the room! coz i believe theres more intake this yr.. (sob sob!)
I hope the kids will get a new official room soon.

I really cant wait for my last paper this monday. And then everything is really REALLY OVER!! Im just so happy..!! one acedemic year down. Its a really2 great feeling of satisfaction.

I hope, however, my results will be good, if not better, this time round. Ive been studying hard for exam this time. Studying, NOT revising. heh. Coz Ive procastinated much. Very unlike last semester, this sem i had ignored my lecture notes n tutorials until its time for CA n exam.

Gosh, If could rewind, i wouldnt do it again. Its really painful studying last minute. Im turning insomniac.

But alhamdulillah, so far its ok, still managable though. Im hoping much on my metals n ceramic course coz I felt that I could do it. =D

Right now, I still have troubles with my sleep. I cant sleep at normal hours.
Time now, almost 1 am but im still wide awake. Why? coz I slept till 6pm aft my morning paper just now..!

And the cycle will go on n on n on everyday.

And right now, I decided not to study my maths but to rest. I shall resume mugging-bermugging tomorrow. I have my online sinetrons to entertain my night.

I had this book "Di atas sejadah Cinta", which I had asked my friends to help me get it from KL. Thank you so much...!! They had a tough time finding this book coz initially they were finding for a book called "Cinta atas sejadah"

HAhahaha! The name sounds wrong.

I had vowed to read it only after my exams. But my temptation seems irresistable. I resorted to watching the sinetrons online. Yeah2, spoiler indeed. Sungguh spoil. But Im sure there'll be a slight difference as usual. And the story is about the guy giving the gerl a sejadah, and not they bercinta atas sejadah ehh. LOL!!

Ive becoming like my mom watching indo stories everyday. Ade chance, i'll join her infront of the TV everyday this holiday.

Afterall, Ive no plans yet for the holiday, apart from the annual silat IVP. But oh, Im not competing this year. so yeah, the feeling is different. Unlike previous years, where around this period of time, the anticipation and nervousness are already very high. I'll be glad to just help out though.
And ofcourse, supporting my dear friends. =D
Be it from RP or NTU. yg ni due aje tau, lain2 taknak support ok? HAHAA!

Oh! other than that, in btween the 2 weekends of IVP, im gonna have my ACL reconstructed, insyaAllah. If the doc doesnt change the date. It'll be my first ever surgery!!~

First time under the knife. Sure is scarry. Lets pray for the best. I hope I could get a fine knee back.

And according to the doc, when he diagnosed my knee, he seemed suprised coz its already grade 3. The worst stage of all. He said Im quite lucky coz some others in grade 3 experience knee locking, or even cant walk properly. For me, I sill have my range of motion, though a bit unstable. Allah, I thank u for that.



An ACL injury is classified as a grade I, II, or III sprain.

Grade I sprain:
o The fibres of the ligament are stretched, but there is no tear.
o There is a little tenderness and swelling.
o The knee does not feel unstable or give out during activity.

Grade II sprain:
o The fibres of the ligament are partially torn.
o There is a little tenderness and moderate swelling.
o The joint may feel unstable or give out during activity.

Grade III sprain:
o The fibres of the ligament are completely torn (ruptured); the ligament itself has torn completely into two parts.
o There is tenderness (but not a lot of pain, especially when compared to the seriousness of the injury). There may be a little swelling or a lot of swelling.
o The ligament cannot control knee movements. The knee feels unstable or gives out at certain times.


And I recalled clearly my cause of injury:
A twisting injury. When the foot is planted and the body turns, the ACL is most susceptible to injury.

So people, take good care of ur body parts. Those are gifts n amanah from God.
Sports do make us healthy. And sports too, put us at the risk of getting injuries.
Have a balanced one. =D

I wonder why I am so relaxed n not that stressed up for exams. Though I know its around 10 days away to my first paper, I always feel that exam is still far away. And today, Ive been doing the same tutorial since monday. Da tige hari 1 tutorial pon tk habes2. I know I SHOULD start getting my nerves wreck for exams by now. how eh..

Women seem to remember everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. Men do not. This isnt a good combination. It means trouble. I always end up in trouble. My wife remembers everything with precise detail that almost every day, I find myself staring at her, a questioning look on my face and a dull "uhmmmmm... " in my brain.

That's not a very bright thought, but it pretty much sums up the feeling you have when your beloved recounts the detailed events of a few weeks back, and you're wondering: "Was I there?"

The thing that really can put the squeeze on a man's mind is that women seem to make an anniversary of most events. They remember where and when you met, everything that happened, and the clothes you both were wearing. These are the details that really do not stick in a man's brain. Women make an anniversary of the first time you met, kissed, went to a movie, became a couple and met her friends. Meanwhile, guys are like, "It happened, so what? What's dinner?" Women don't like that. They like to ponder and speculate, analyse and remember. They never forget - just like elephants!

Uh-oh, I should not have put it that way. She wont be forgetting that either! (Be very, very careful in comparing a woman to animal, even if it is as cute as seal puppy. But that's another story for another day.)

But why - oh why - are women and men so different in this way? It has actually happened once or twice that I remember stuff that my wife does not. Unfortunately for me, it is usually completely useless information, regarding football and supermodels. This however, sort of proves a point. The male and the female brain are wired in different ways, and science confirms this. According to research, women remember everyday events better than men. Tests also indicate that the female brain is more likely to remember words and objects, while men are more likely to find their way out of a forest. In other words, males are good at non-linguistic information or so-called visuospatial processing. (Uhmmmm...)

Women apparently also remember emotions way longer than us. Like how angry she felt when you forgot it was the day of your first car ride together. Or something like that.

Since this penchant for forgetting anniversaries seems to have some scientific backing, what can a women do to help when her man forgets something important? Please resist the instinctive urge to hit his head with a wok - it might just increase the bad memory.

What I believe is the most efficient tool to make a guy remember is to reward him when he actually does remember - like you would do to a coconut-fetching monkey. So how do you do this? Good food is an option. To make us remember better like other decent human beings, feed us memory boosting omega-3 fatty acid and herbs every day, and hope for the best. But remember, it doesnt hurt to give us a discreet hint a few days before the big day. Its a trick any woman can easily use, and it has the ability to make a man think that he remembered it all by himself.

I came across this interesting article about male and female brain. I found it totally true and yet, at the same time, if u sit and think properly, u'll laugh at how nature is as it is.

If I have the time, i'll type out the long article here for sharing nxt time. Its about how women remember little2 things that men dont. And how these little2 things seem so important to women but look small to men.

Things like dates - anniversaries, birthdays, when-u-first-talk-to-him, when-u-first-saw-him-smile, first-movie-together, date-being-couple, and all that sort.

Girls, dont lie. Im sure theres once or twice u do try to remember one of those mentioned.

If I were to relate this to myself, I found it so true esp when it comes to what people wear. I don't know why but I think I have a pictorial memory. I tend to remember what people wear at different occasions. Be it during hari raya, gatherings, birthdays, or any events. If I think he/she looks nice in what he/she wears, it will just be stored here in my brain, without me forcing it to. Unlike maths formulas which I had to force 'em inside. haha!

No joke! I think I can still recall SOME of what my girlfriends wore for hari raya during secondary school.

And the frustating part is, at times I expect others to remember as well but they dont. U know when ure telling a story to someone, and ure referring to 'baju A' that u both saw before. But he/she will just go.. aaaah...? and simply cant remember. Geram eh.

I think Bilal has tolerated quite alot on this. haha. There's once when he asked what shud we wear, and I gave an indirect answer. "baju yang ktorg pakai time first day of my sem 2 pegi clinic". My instincts were right. Its un-recall-able. And IF its my mood swing days,.. well u noe aje la eh.. be prepared.

I think its funny but cute. hehee.

But date wise.. Im not so good at it. I tend to miss my friends' birthdays too sometimes. N yea, I dont keep track of montharies. I cant remember how many months or what we've been together. Cause I think its not important. Yg penting, we're still together. =D

Semester 2 is over for me. Im waiting for my exam dates. Its already so near N im frightened.

U'll get frigntened when ure all unprepared. I hope I can kick off my lazy habits very soon, before its too late. I dunno why but I have been very VERY lazy towards the ending days of semester.

I couldnt be bothered to dress up. I picked whatever I saw first in the wardrobe. I couldnt be bothered to even put on my contacts to sch! My new pair of glasses has served me well for my lazy mode. I needed to drag my feet each morning. (I thank God I have only 2-3 days week)

Only 2-3 days per week and yet Im so lazy and dreadful. oh shucks! Sometimes I wonder hows it gonna be nxt sem when I have 5 days per week work? *gulp*
Mai, you better enjoy while u can b4 nxt sem!

And another thing, my clouds these days have a high magnetic force, bringing my brangan mode all aligned paralled towards it. Someone pls bring me back to bumi yang nyata.

Must be all these tunang events! HAHA. The pretty2 girl, pretty2 ring, pretty hantarans which seeing them Im sure all girls would start to fly. And in less than 1 month towards exam, I have 3 tunangs to attend.

People, pls keep waking me up. LOL!!~



Last sunday, my dearest RP silat bestie Raudah was happily engaged. I have known Raudah since Yr 1 in Poly. She has been a very good friend whom I had always turn to.

Well yea we used to share dirty little secrets like girlfriends always do. And we always shared the same cubicle for late night shower during camps. BAHAHA!

I had good ol' times with her.

Be it doing regu together.
In Silat comm together.
In MCG comm together.
In welfare IVP comm together.
Sharing the same room for KL trip together.
Also cabut-ing class together. hehee

And sigh, she's all grown up and getting married next year. Though gool ol' times wont be the same again, hope our friendship remains. =D

She is engaged to Firdaus, another friend from RP Silat. He used to be our first team captain and had done alot forming and leading the team. Including me. I wont know much of silat if its not bcoz of him. I will always thank him for that.

To both Raudah and Firdaus, Congrats!! =D
