we had a short training just now after the meeting. though it was short, it was damn tiring for me. i was totally drained out and i kept grasping for breath. perhaps its becoz of the just-end-of-period for me. seriously, i puked twice during training. both were during the "time". lets just hope i wont have it when the ivp comes.

we then had this motivation talk by Fir. gosh.. he really is a good captain. he has this leadership quality. n what he said each time really inspired and motivated me. he was a totally different person when hes conducting. he said that though the number of us are decreasing for dono-wat-reason, we must not let that affect us. hmm seriously, i dono y one by one keeps quiting. well, i do understand thier points of view for quitting.. but.. hmm.. seems to me like.. y now. u might be unhappy with the system, u might dislike some of the people.. but.. for me.. i think that those are just side points. Once ure in it, just think dat its u n Silat, just heck care of the rest la. Have a goal n vission man. I pity fir for that. what he said just now was quite true "korng nk buat apape stupid ke mepek ke, lps ivp ah, jgn peningkn kpale aku satu2 quit. aku train korng free tk mintak apape". hes just making the best out of us. even asyik added ckp, nk buat apape pakai otak jgn ikotkan hati. really, some of the ppl i noe that quitted just followed their hearts. the best people we had, had left us, n the lousy (thats me) remains?? hahax! sorila asyik, cant give a 200% jus now. Even accidently kicked fir's face. almost laughed my hearts out but he showed me this don-laugh-just-continue kind of face.

anywayssss... ADE BERITA TERGEMPAQ! i didnt watch the news last nite. but my frens told me there was this news about contact lens' solution. the bousch&lomb brand was band! the name of it is RENU. y is band is because it contains harmful chemical that'll harm ur eyes! 7 ppl go blind oredi according to Nelly. cant believe it! u noe wat! coz im using that particular brand! Ya Allah, Plz, safe my eyes! i already have a bad eyesight. dont make it worse..! lucky last fri i didnt buy a new one of the same brand!
