Gee.. it has been a long time since i last update. Well, like i always complained abt the busy training days i had. And now, i guess the journey has come to an end for me. :)
this is raudah. My non lasting partner in silat ever since year 1. I wanna say BIG tanx to her for all the guidance she gave me. She inspired me everything abt silat n i learnt a lot from her. well, mind u, she's very good in it. 2 golds grabbed by her dis yr!! wohoo! hows dat. u rock partner!! lets train together again~~

Here's asmin.. a.k.a hulk! all ready n geared up to battle. He impressed the team! he was the very first Selatran to fight n he won!! he may be way smaller than his opponent but he's good! We were very loud this time coz he was the first we were all full of energy! haha
not forgetting Selatra's cheer each time one off to fight! fight till ur last breath!! yes~ never fail to perk us up! ;)
