Hello everyone
Im in a good mood and Im so happy.
Im happy that Im back healthy and fit. =D
Well, maybe not THAT fit, but im trying to become one.
To girls out there, being fit doesnt mean u need to have those hard muscles protuding. It simply means you're physically strong and healthy, espeacially because of regular exercise.
-Encarta A person may be small n slim, but dat doesnt mean he's fit. Same goes, if a person is big and fat, doesnt mean he isnt fit at all. Girls sometimes have wrong perception abt this huh.
I was having flu and cold the other day, but didnt really felt feverish. So I decided to still come for training. And hey, the best part was, when i was all sweaty, i felt better. And there..! no more sneezings afterwards.
Its true sometimes. When ure sick, make urself sweat.. exercise a bit, ofcourse, it doesnt have to be THAT vigourous when ure sick.. and u'll feel better. Trust me. =D
Exercise does make us healthy isnt it? Do it regularly and u'll feel sporty and u'll stop complaining that ure fat. Well, if its not a "stop", atleast.. reduce. haha.
That explains why I rarely skip my trainings. Apart from always missing my dear selatra friends, i wanna keep myself set on the pace.
And hey, silat isnt that bad as u think it is. It really depends on individuals on how u take it. For me, i njoy it and i take it as some sort of sports and arts. hello its 2008, its not like everyone who learn this will have to sit in a cave and do some black magic. u get my point? hmm. i dont know much abt that, but its not happening to me nor ppl around me. =D
oh back to the point, i was talking about exercising. haha! c'mon it doesnt have to be silat lah. U can always spare some time to run or jog around ur neighbourhood park. Or better still, get urselves in some gyms. thats nice.
My mom always remind me not to resort to any sorts of supplement or pills or whatever. Maybe she's just worried, if, the case of slim 10 happens again. haha!
If u learn lab management before, these sort of things do not register themselves as drugs, so they dont have to undergo all those approval testings. They might be dangerous. They are made based on trials. Remember, when it works on one person, doesnt mean it should work for others right?
But really, my aunts who tried those before will soon stop it. They did look good, but only for some short while, after which, they had terrible effects. Like feeling weak, unable to sleep or gain back more than what they had lost. Sigh.
So girls, now that ure young, spare some time to make urself fit. U'll feel stronger, happier, fresher and healthier. And of course, u'll shed off those fats. So, though ure busy, tired and pre-occupied with school or work or anything, do MAKE lil bit of time for this. Satisfaction awaits. :)
N oh, dieting doesnt work on me. Coz i love to eat. haha!
Hey, to diet does not mean to skip meals. Do not ever skip meals! u need breakfast, lunch and dinner. To diet means, u cut down the intake during these meals, but nvr skip 'em. Its wrong.
Just reduce those junkies and u'll be fine. Even those RP wellness pop-ups always remind us not to skip meals isnt it?
When u skip, u'll eat a lot for the next meal. n uhuh, this will make ur metabolism slower. U wouldnt want that to happen rite?
