Im here to tell you abt our knee anatomy. As you can see below, is the basic components of human right knee.
So you can imagine everything's the opposite for a left knee. Focus on the Lateral Collateral Ligaments (LCL), Medial Collateral Legaments (MCL) and Lateral Meniscus.

If you zoom in further, u'll notice a pair of cruciate ligaments, making an X or cross shape.

Alright, i felt very sad after getting the MRI results. Very ngeri.
I have my ACL completely torn.
My MCL and LCL partially torn.
Tears found on my lateral meniscus.
Bones bruises.
It was rather embarrassing to tear in front of the doc. I was super frightened of whatever she said. She told me that there's no way that the torn ACL can heal back.
Apart from surgery, which the word frightened me more.
I spent the whole night reading about ACL injury. I somehow had a feeling that the second episode made it fully torn and not the first.
I read that if the nerves in the ligament are torn, blood supply will burst out causing the knee to swell. And yes, my knee swelled up after falling the 2nd time.
I dont remember it swells the first time I had this injury. And to think about it, I can still do my regu in June last yr after having the injury in Jan.
Sigh...
Ok the pic below shows a torn ligament. And how unstable we can be without it.

ACL prevent our upper bone and lower bone from sheering. And I read that...
When another ligament is injured along with the ACL, it usually makes it more important to reconstruct the ACL because the two injuries combined can make the knee very unstable.Very unstable indeed...
Hrmm..
Tears on lateral meniscus shown from the top. This is dangerous. Well you see, usually old or aged people complain
sakit kaki after walking for quite long distances. Reason is, as we grow older, our meniscus gets thinner due to wear. So if mine is already torn at this age, I cant imagine myself when Im old.

Futher read-ups
The four "classic" symptoms that people may feel when they tear their ACL are:
1) They hear a "pop" from inside the knee Somehow I think I heard it during the first time...
2) They feel the knee give away at the time of injury Yes! My knee moved when I stand up!
3) They develop a swollen knee immediately, or within a few hours Not for the first incident, but yes for the 2nd one.
4) The pain is bad enough that they can not continue play that day. OH YES!
Blaaargh! Im terrified reading all these. I think its true that my friend said, its better I dont know, so I wont be psycologically affected.
Oh well, what to do, now that I knew it.
I dont want a surgery but I want my knee to be fine. Is that possible?
I cant even afford a surgery la. But I dont want my knee to be forever like this. I cant even run to catch the bus!
I dont know if its right to say this... but..
I cant help it but to keep asking why why why. Though I know, of course, everything is fated and there's always a reason why Allah put us in the situation we are now.
And I cant help it but to keep asking whats the reason ehh.. I wish I can know the reason why. Is it an ujian, like the popular ayat of "la yukallifuLLah nafsan illa wus'aha" or.. maybe balasan dunia ker.. for there's something wrong Ive done ke..
Allahu a'lam..
I hope I can be happy for my 21st.
I want it to be the grandest, most classic, most memorable 21st!!! wheeeeee!!~
Oklah, thats all.
