I really dont know if his vocab is really limited or he really DID mean it when he said we're inefficient. Pardon me for being too emotional but I guess its pretty unfair to say so when we come and work on it freaking EVERYDAY.

Do we look like we purposely want the result to be bad? Oh come on, please judge based on efforts more than results please. As someone of higher authority, i think ur role is to guide and help, more than to criticize.

For goodness sake, at times I cant take it. Work on your EQ please. Dealing with people is seriously not easy as i thought it would be.

what more to u want to label me? its already enough that u think Im the most not-motivated member in the team and that u had to make me the provider to instill that sense on responsibility. crap! I dont get ur style, honestly.

If u say that ure unhappy, what do u think WE who work on it everyday feel? There is still such thing as tomorrow (insyaAllah). Whats with the overworking and rush.





As much as i want to say yes and agree to ur offer, I still believe that the policy of honesty is the best.
